By using Cleaning Concept’s services or booking through our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.
1. Online Booking
Bookings can be made through our website, email, or by phone.
All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability. A confirmation email or text will be sent once the booking is accepted.
You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding your cleaning needs, property size, and any specific requirements.
Changes or cancellations to bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
2. Pricing
The pricing provided during the booking process is a general estimate and is subject to change based on the following factors:
The size and condition of the property.
Specific service requirements.
Additional time or resources needed to complete the job.
Our pricing is based on one cleaner performing the task. If additional cleaners are required, pricing will be adjusted accordingly.
Final pricing will be discussed and agreed upon in the Service Contract after an in-person home inspection or detailed consultation.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is required at the completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Payment details will be securely processed through our authorized payment provider.
A deposit may be required for certain services or larger jobs, as outlined during booking.
Late payments may incur additional fees, and services may be suspended until payment is received.
4. Service Operations
Our team will arrive at the scheduled time and carry out the agreed-upon services as per the Service Contract.
Customers must ensure safe access to the property and provide any necessary instructions or entry codes.
Any hazardous conditions, such as infestations or structural issues, must be disclosed prior to the service. Failure to disclose such conditions may result in cancellation or additional charges.
Cleaning Concept reserves the right to refuse services if the working environment is deemed unsafe.
5. Variability of Services
The scope and duration of the service may vary depending on the specific needs of your property.
Services are customized and may include basic cleaning, deep cleaning, or housekeeping tasks as requested by the client.
Any additional services requested during the session will be billed separately and must be agreed upon before the work is carried out.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must remove valuable or fragile items from the areas to be cleaned.
Cleaning Concept will not be held liable for any damage caused to items not disclosed as fragile or high-value.
If access to the property is delayed or denied, additional charges may apply.
7. Refunds and Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue promptly.
Refunds are provided at the discretion of Cleaning Concept and are only applicable in cases of service failure.
8. Privacy and Data Collection
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and store your personal information.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Cleaning Concept reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated to clients as necessary.
