Meet Paul, Founder of Clean Concept
My background is in hospitality, where I spent over a decade with leading hotel brands including InterContinental and Novotel. It taught me that great service goes beyond the task itself. It's about making people feel comfortable, respected and genuinely looked after.
I brought that philosophy into Clean Concept, building a family-run business with a more personal approach to home cleaning. For me, that starts with listening, understanding each person's needs and treating every home with respect.

Self-Managed
If you self-manage your NDIS funding, you can arrange eligible cleaning support and manage payment directly.
Plan-Managed
If your plan is managed by a Plan Manager, we can discuss quotes and invoicing arrangements with them.
NDIA-Managed
