NDIS Cleaning Frequently Asked Questions
We make using your NDIS funding for home cleaning simple, transparent, and stress-free.

We currently accept participants who are Self-Managed or Plan-Managed.
Self-Managed: We send the invoice directly to you. You pay us, and then claim the reimbursement from the NDIS portal.
Plan-Managed: We send the invoice directly to your Plan Manager for payment. You don’t have to worry about the admin!
(Note: At this time, we do not service NDIA-Managed (Agency Managed) participants).

Yes. We are fully compliant with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. We will never charge you more than the maximum allowable rate for "Assistance with Household Tasks." There are no hidden gap fees.

It’s easy! When you book your first clean, simply provide us with your Plan Manager’s email address and your NDIS participant number. We will handle the rest by emailing your invoices directly to them for payme

End of Lease / Bond cleaning (if covered by your plan)

While we don’t believe in lock-in contracts, the NDIS recommends a Service Agreement to ensure both parties understand the arrangement. We have a simple, easy-to-read Service Agreement that outlines the schedule and costs. You are free to cancel or change your service at any time with standard notice, as per the agreement.

We know that consistency is vital for many NDIS participants. We always aim to match you with a dedicated cleaner so you can build a routine and rapport. If your regular cleaner is sick or away, we will contact you immediately to offer a replacement or reschedule it’s always your choice.

Yes, as long as you have sufficient funds in your "Core Supports" budget. Many participants choose a Deep Clean for their first visit to get the home to a manageable standard, followed by regular weekly or fortnightly maintenance cleans.
